On this short call we:

  • Talk through your main pain areas and history
  • Clarify what you want your body to be able to do in the next 12 months
  • Make sure you're a good fit for our process and that we're a good fit for you

If it makes sense, we'll schedule your in-person Pain-to-Performance Assessment as the next step.

Test — 2 Hours

Step 2 – Test: Your 2-Hour Pain-to-Performance Assessment.

During this visit we:

  • Test how your spine, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders handle specific positions and loads
  • Map out what's safe, what needs to be modified, and what to avoid for now
  • Run simple screens for pain, strength, balance, and movement
  • Build your first 12-week strength plan based on your actual body

You leave with:

  • Clear language about what's going on with your joints
  • A list of "green / yellow / red" movements
  • A written 12-week plan for your first 12-Week Pain-Free Strength Rebuild phase at Theorem

Train — 12 Weeks

Step 3 – Train: Your first 12-Week Pain-Free Strength Rebuild.

Once we know what your body can handle, we:

  • Meet for 30-minute joint-safe strength sessions 1–2× per week
  • Use IsoStrong pods and personal sessions built from your Assessment
  • Give you a 5-Minute Daily Reset and simple steps/protein targets for home
  • Re-test your pain, strength, and everyday function every 4 weeks

The goal of this first 12 weeks is simple: less pain, more strength, more confidence in your body, and a clear plan for your next phase.
