How Theorem works in 3 simple steps.

Step 1 – Talk (10 minutes)

On a short 10‑Minute Pain‑Free Plan Call, we talk through your joints, history, and goals, and decide together if it makes sense to move to an in‑person Assessment.

Step 2 – Test (2‑Hour Assessment)

In your Pain‑to‑Performance Assessment, we test your spine, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders so we know exactly what's going on and what's safe right now. You leave with a clear 12‑week strength plan.

Step 3 – Train (12‑Week Pain‑Free Strength Rebuild Phase)

We follow a 12‑Week Pain‑Free Strength Rebuild plan with 30‑minute, joint‑safe sessions, simple home habits, and re‑tests every 4 weeks so you can see and feel your progress. If it's a great fit, we can keep stacking 12‑week phases as part of a longer‑term Strong For Life plan.

Who Theorem is for.

Great fit if you're:

  • A woman 40–80 within 20–25 minutes of Bonita / North Naples / Estero
  • Dealing with nagging knees, hips, back, or shoulders that typical gyms make worse
  • More afraid of losing strength and independence than of doing nothing
  • Willing to show up 1–2× per week and do a few minutes of simple homework most days
  • I also work with a small number of men on a case-by-case basis when they have similar joint history and fit this same process (usually by referral).
